The Difference

Most caterers hand you a menu. We hand you a pen.

At a traditional catering company you select Package A, B or C and adjust around the edges. It is efficient for the kitchen, and it means your celebration tastes like everyone else’s.

We work the other way around. There is no catalog and no established list of dishes you are limited to. You tell us what you love, what your guests need and what the occasion means. Then we write a menu that has never existed before, for an event that will only happen once.

Elsewhere
Choose from fixed menus. Substitutions cost extra. Small events get the short list.

How Your Menu Comes to Life

Every menu begins with a conversation.

There is a method behind the freedom. Here is how an idea becomes a dinner.
  1. You share your vision

Through the Grand Menu Concierge or a conversation, tell us the cuisines you love, the dishes you cannot do without and anything your guests need.
  2. We listen and ask

In a personal consultation we learn about the occasion, the people and the feeling you want in the room. The best ideas usually surface here.
  3. We draft your menu

Our culinary team writes a menu for your event alone, balancing your favorites with seasonality, service style and the practical realities of your venue.
  4. You refine it

Add, remove, reconsider. Your proposal is editable until it reads exactly the way you imagined — or better.
  5. You approve

Nothing is confirmed until you say so. Once approved, your menu and every detail live in your private client portal.
  6. We bring it to the table

Sourced, prepared and presented with care, and served in the style that suits your gathering.

To Spark Ideas

What a starting point can look like.

These are illustrations of how an occasion and a direction can meet. They are not packages and they are not on a list. Yours will be different.

A fortieth anniversary dinner for two

The menu from their first date, reimagined in four courses and served at home by candlelight.

A backyard graduation party

Smokehouse favorites served family-style, with a dessert table built from three generations of family recipes.

A black-tie fundraising gala

A plated dinner with a vegetarian path, paced around the program so every course lands between speakers.

A wedding blending two cultures

Stations that honor both families’ kitchens, with one shared dish created just for the couple.

How It Is Served

Then choose the way it reaches the table.

The same menu feels entirely different plated, passed or shared. We will help you choose the service that suits your guests and your space.

Dietary Care

Planned in, never bolted on.

Allergies, dietary restrictions and religious or cultural practices are part of the brief from the first draft. Tell us everything, as early as you can. We review each request with you personally, and we are straightforward about what we can and cannot guarantee: allergy-safe preparation is confirmed only after we have discussed the specifics together.
