Catering Experiences

The same menu, fourteen ways to serve it.

How food arrives shapes how an evening feels. Formal or relaxed, seated or mingling, served to the table or cooked before your eyes — choose the style that suits your guests, and we will tailor it to your space.

Elegant Plated Dinners

Lovely for: Formal dinners, weddings, milestone evenings

Each course composed in the kitchen and served to every guest at once. The most formal way to dine, with pacing we set around your toasts, speeches and music.

Luxury Buffets

Lovely for: Larger guest lists and varied appetites

Abundance, styled. A buffet lets guests choose freely, and with thoughtful layout, attentive replenishment and beautiful serviceware it feels every bit as considered as a plated meal.

Family-Style Dining

Lovely for: Warm, conversational tables

Generous platters set down the center of the table and passed hand to hand. It slows the evening down and gets people talking, which is usually the point.

Lovely for: Receptions where guests mingle

Dishes finished to order in front of your guests — carved, seared, tossed or torched. Part meal, part entertainment, and a natural way to offer real variety.

Not Sure Which?

Most hosts are not, at first. That is what the consultation is for.

Styles can be combined: passed bites before a plated dinner, stations followed by a dessert table. In the Concierge you can select several, or simply choose “I’m not sure yet.”
